The datacenter (Equinix) we use in Chicago seems to have had a heating problem, and the main routers there overheated.
They are working on restoring the service as soon as possible, however that might take several hours.
If you are experiencing connectivity issues - please either change to a different location, or you can also wait the outage out.
They have been actively working on restoring the service, so it shouldn't be that much longer for the servers to come back up online.
